EMS means electric muscle stimulation and is a real innovation in fitness! The EMS training is based on the body's own principle: Every movement you make is triggered by a bioelectric impulse from the brain. The impulse activates and contracts the muscles and thus acts like a booster of the body's own principle. Sports scientists and physiotherapists have been using this fact for many years to build up strength, increase performance and regenerate.

You can arrange your non-binding trial training with us by telephone. For your first training you only need sports shoes. You will receive the EMS suit and a towel from us. During the first training it is not important to bring you to your limits. It should serve as an acquaintance in order to be able to deal with static or functional exercises and the electrical impulse. The training lasts 20 minutes.
